Your streak counts the time since you started your quit. As time passes, Snusfri keeps your streak and stats up to date and celebrates your milestones. Your current streak is also shown next to your username on community posts, so others can cheer you on.
A relapse is part of many people's journey, not a failure. Snusfri lets you reset and keep going — your overall history and the progress you have made stay with you. The goal is to learn from the moment and build the next streak.
Yes. Snusfri is built primarily for snus and nicotine pouches, and it also supports quitting cigarettes and alcohol. You tell us which substance you are working on during onboarding, and you can track your progress for it.
It is based on the usage details you provide during onboarding — for example your daily usage amount and your weekly spend. Snusfri uses those figures together with how long you have been quit to estimate the money you have saved. The number is only as accurate as the amounts you enter, so keep them up to date for a better estimate.
Enable notifications when Snusfri asks, or turn them on later from your device's Settings for the Snusfri app. Notifications are optional — we only register a push token (via Expo) if you turn them on, and you can switch them off again at any time in your device settings.
You can update the answers you gave during onboarding — such as your daily usage amount and weekly spend — from your profile. Updating these keeps your stats, milestones, and "money saved" estimate accurate.
Open Profile → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and all data associated with it, including your onboarding answers, progress, craving logs, savings goals, and community content. The deletion cascades through our database and cannot be undone.
Your private data — your account, onboarding answers, and personal progress — is protected with Row Level Security so that only you can access it. Your data is stored with our provider Supabase in the EU (Stockholm). We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and we never sell your data.
Some things are shared on purpose: content you post to the community (posts, comments, reactions, and any images) is visible to other signed-in users, shown with your chosen pseudonymous username and current streak. We want the community to feel supportive and safe. You can report objectionable content and block other users from within the app. Content is automatically hidden after multiple reports, and we do not tolerate abusive content or users. If you see something that needs attention, please report it in the app or email us.
